Meet Our Leadership Team

Chief Financial Officer

Mitchell Jakubovic

MBA

Mitch’s appointment to CFO of Integrated Wound Care (IWC) is part of a natural professional progression that began nearly two decades ago at Goldman Sachs. Over the course of those two decades, during which he held many different job roles, Mitch honed his business leadership and analytic skills, the composite of which he brings to the CFO role at IWC.

Mitch started his career at Goldman Sachs as a business analyst in the Investment Banking Division (IBD) where he supported client driven teams for M&A deals and equity offerings. He also engaged in financial forecasting, learned how to integrate synergies, and how to predict market response. To broaden his skills, Mitch moved to Moody’s Investor Services where he co-managed a multi-faceted technology-based portfolio with a wide array of companies, including Dell, EDS, IBM, Kodak, Motorola, and Sun Microsystems. While in that role, Mitch conducted in-depth risk analyses and risk tolerance of the sector companies, participated in credit rating committees that strongly influenced corporate credit ratings, issued press releases for debt-related events, and published in-depth comprehensive investor reports.

In 2005, Mitch was invited to join the executive management of EGL USA Gemological Laboratory in New York, as director of the company. During his tenure with EGL USA, which specialized in the analysis and evaluation of precious gemstones, Mitch was responsible for oversight of core business operations, budget planning, and development and execution of business strategies.

Mitch’s combined experience on Wall Street and in the business world led him to join IWC in 2018 as CFO. His primary responsibility at IWC is to manage the economics of the business, which he does utilizing his past business development and customer service expertise to expand the company’s client base and market share.

Mitch has a BS in Finance from Tour College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business in International Business and Finance, where he also graduated with honors. Mitch is involved in multiple charitable organizations.
