ASSOCIATE CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Cara Wilson

PA-C, CWS

Cara has developed her wound care to specifically help in a skilled nursing facility setting. With consideration of state regulations and obstacles of nursing homes, she is dedicated to approaching wound care with a comprehensive view. Cara’s multifactorial understanding of diabetic, pressure, traumatic, surgical, burns, and vascular wounds better serve her patients and bestows a more elaborate training of staff and providers. She continues to yield clinical  questions while overseeing internal and external audits, skin substitutes, institutional education, as well as troubleshooting with nursing facilities. Cara travels as well to help develop the best procedure and protocols within the homes, so they can have the one-on-one experience in the process.
